Centre for Ethics panelist publishes remarks on electoral reform as op-ed

Electoral Reform in Canada” (Dec. 9, 2016), argues that for racialized communities, electoral reform is about more than voting: “We have an opportunity to engage Canadians in a discussion of our democracy — a dialogue with each other on not only the technical aspect of voting, but the kind of society we want to live in.”
