Call for Applications

The Centre for Ethics, University of Toronto, invites applications for its inaugural Undergraduate Research Conference, Ethics, Intersections, Reflections, on July 17, 2021. The conference will bring together UofT students and recent graduates from across disciplines to present and discuss research on current issues, in the spirit of the C4E’s mission to explore the ethical dimensions of individual, social, and political life. We aim to publish a special conference symposium in the Centre’s multimedia online journal, C4eJournal. All departmental affiliations and disciplines are welcome! 

To apply, please submit:

• A paper or project created for course completion, including date of submission and course title
• A 300-word abstract summarizing the submission

All UofT undergraduates who just completed, or are entering, their fourth year are eligible to apply.

By July 1, 2021, please submit your application materials in PDF format as one file–using the naming convention “LastnameFirstname_UGConf_2021”–to Ellen Ough, Centre Administrator, ethics@utoronto.ca.
